I’m Jaimie Todd, founder of Kresence VA & OBM.

My background spans business ownership, administrative support, revenue operations, and client service. I’ve coordinated schedules, managed high-volume accounts, resolved billing discrepancies, maintained sensitive records, and developed processes that keep work consistent.

That experience shapes how I support business owners today: understanding the details, taking responsibility for agreed work, and following through.

Experience beyond the task list.

Before founding Kresence, I worked in roles where accuracy, communication, and deadlines mattered every day.

As a Revenue Specialist, I managed high-volume accounts, coordinated billing workflows, maintained reporting and reconciliation processes, and worked across teams to resolve financial and operational discrepancies.

In administrative and benefits coordination roles, I handled executive scheduling, documentation, client information, and time-sensitive follow-ups. As a daycare owner and operator, I managed daily operations, budgeting, staff schedules, compliance, and communication with families.

My work through Wildflower Systems Co. added a focus on organizing digital workspaces, documenting procedures, developing onboarding resources, and making business knowledge easier to find and use.
